Michelle brings extensive experience in sales, account management, and business development, having worked across a range of sectors including advertising, recruitment, construction services, and waste management.
Beginning her career in financial services recruitment, Michelle quickly established herself as one of the youngest recruitment consultants in Edinburgh. These early roles provided a strong foundation in consultative selling, customer engagement, reporting, forecasting, and developing long-term client relationships.
Over the years, Michelle has built a reputation for understanding customer challenges and delivering practical, tailored solutions. Her experience includes securing and managing large-scale service contracts within the construction and environmental sectors, working closely with organisations of all sizes to ensure service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Kane Enviro, Michelle held senior leadership positions including Head of Sales and Head of Account Management for a leading Scottish waste management company. Managing teams across Scotland and the North of England, she was responsible for driving growth, supporting key accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership teams.
